🎀 Upper Valley Princess Parties – Event Policies

Creating magical memories is what we do best! To help ensure every visit is a safe, smooth, and joyful experience for your family and our performers, please read and follow the guidelines below. Booking a party with us indicates your agreement to these policies.

 

👑 1. Performer Arrival & Setup

Our Characters arrive in full costume and ready to begin your party at the scheduled start time. Please ensure:

  • The party space is clear and ready.

  • Guests are gathered and available to participate on time.

  • A host or adult is there to greet the performer upon arrival.

 

⏱ 2. Timing & Overtime

Each party is scheduled for a specific duration based on your booking. Please note:

  • Performers will begin and end promptly at the agreed time.

  • If you’d like to extend their stay and our schedule allows, we charge $100 per 30 minutes (or portion thereof), which must be approved and paid at the time of the event.

  • We are unable to extend time if your party starts late.

 

🧁 3. Food, Drinks & Messy Activities

To protect our costumes and props:

  • Please keep food, drinks, face paint, slime, glitter, and crafts away from the performer.

  • We recommend scheduling cake and snacks after the character visit.

  • If a costume is stained or damaged during the party, the Customer will be responsible for repair or replacement costs.

 

👶 4. Supervision

All parties must have at least one adult (18+) present during the entire character appearance.

Performers are not responsible for:

  • Supervising children

  • Enforcing discipline

  • Managing unruly guests or siblings

 

🚨 5. Behavior & Safety

We expect a safe and respectful environment for all guests and our performers. Please note:

  • Characters will stay in role and redirect disruptive behavior gently.

  • We reserve the right to end the performance early with no refund if the performer feels unsafe, threatened, or harassed.

  • Physical or verbal abuse of any kind will result in immediate termination of Services.

 

🎉 6. Party Space Requirements

To ensure the best experience:

  • Please provide a clean, dry, shaded, and smoke-free area for indoor or outdoor events.

  • Outdoor parties must include protection from heat and rain.

  • For singing or dancing activities, please allow space for the performer to move safely.

 

📸 7. Photos & Social Media

  • We love when you capture the magic! Personal photography and video are encouraged.

  • All photos and video must be for personal use only unless you receive written permission from Upper Valley Princess Parties.

  • By attending, guests consent to the possibility of being included in event photos that may be shared for marketing.

 

💌 8. Gift Giving

Tips are never expected but always appreciated! If you with to tip your magic makers, please kindly give the gratuity to the party attendant rather than the performer directly. This helps us maintain the magic. Thank you for your thoughtfulness!

We love customizing your celebration! If you have a theme, activity request, or character-specific idea, please share it with us at booking so we can tailor the experience.
